Swadhistana Chakrais the energy vortex we might refer to as cohesion. At the level of physics it manifests as a gentle force that holds atoms together to create molecules. It is called the water element because, amongst other things, it is the force that holds together the atoms of Oxygen and Hydrogen in order to make a water molecule.
